Sin dar ninguna importancia al cliente.<br><br>El inbound marketing cambia de manera radical este concepto y da todo el poder al cliente. No le interrumpe. O dicho de otro modo,&nbsp;<strong>captar potenciales clientes que necesitan nuestro producto o servicio pero que todav\u00eda no nos conocen<\/strong>.<br><br>Para conseguirlo, tal y como puedes observar en el gr\u00e1fico, utilizaremos t\u00e9cnicas como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>La investigaci\u00f3n de palabras clave<\/strong>. Que no es otra cosa que los t\u00e9rminos que nuestros potenciales clientes utilizan en los buscadores para encontrar soluci\u00f3n a sus problemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>El blogging<\/strong>. Creando art\u00edculos de valor en torno a esas palabras clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>El SEO<\/strong>. Optimizando esos art\u00edculos para que se posiciones en los buscadores y los encuentren nuestros potenciales clientes cuando realizan sus b\u00fasquedas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Las redes sociales<\/strong>. Utiliz\u00e1ndolas como canal de difusi\u00f3n de nuestros contenidos para redirigir a los usuarios a nuestra p\u00e1gina web.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-conversi-n\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>2. Conversi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez hemos conseguido atraer esos extra\u00f1os a nuestra p\u00e1gina web el siguiente pas\u00f3 ser\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>intentar transformar algunas de esas visitas en leads (u oportunidades de venta)<\/strong>&nbsp;a trav\u00e9s de la recolecci\u00f3n de sus datos.&nbsp;<br>C\u00f3mo m\u00ednimo necesitaremos el correo electr\u00f3nico, ya que ser\u00e1 el elemento que utilizaremos para comunicarnos con ese potencial cliente en la tercera fase de la metodolog\u00eda inbound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo conseguimos que alguien que todav\u00eda no nos conoce nos deje sus datos?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ofreci\u00e9ndole&nbsp;<strong>contenido de valor a cambio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede ser un ebook, un informe comparativo, una estudio, un webinar, una infograf\u00eda\u2026 en definitiva, cualquier contenido que aporte a ese lead el valor necesario para realizar ese \u201ctrueque\u201d por sus datos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proceso, llamado camino de conversi\u00f3n, consta de 3 elementos esenciales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>El&nbsp;<em>call to action<\/em>&nbsp;o llamada a la acci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Que son botones o banners con los que captamos la atenci\u00f3n del visitante web para hacer clic en \u00e9l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>La&nbsp;<em>landing page<\/em>&nbsp;o p\u00e1gina de aterrizaje<\/strong>. Que es adonde dirige el&nbsp;<em>call to action<\/em>&nbsp;y donde presentamos la oferta de contenido de inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>El formulario<\/strong>.
