La realidad es que muchas de las empresas actuales se centran dise\u00f1ar estrategias de adquisici\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n de clientes dejando de lado la pol\u00edtica de precios, cuando deber\u00eda ser al rev\u00e9s, ya que es el \u00e1mbito que m\u00e1s beneficios puede aportar a la empresa y hacerla crecer en un tiempo mucho m\u00e1s reducido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrancamos con un&nbsp;<strong>ejemplo<\/strong>: Mealime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de un SAAS B2C del sector alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los primeros pasos que daba la empresa, cobraban 16$\/mes por utiizar la aplicaci\u00f3n web, y justo lanzaban la aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil. Sab\u00edan que el precio era alto para los usuarios de m\u00f3vil, ya que est\u00e1n acostumbrados a pagar bastante menos, as\u00ed que empezaron a plantearse la estrategia de precios para acabar haciendo un cambio radical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Redujeron el precio de la app a 4,20$\/mes y lanzaron un plan gratis. Esta estrategia bajaba el nivel de ingresos por ventas, que hab\u00edan logrado establecer en 6,600$\/mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 6 meses volvieron al punto donde hab\u00edan empezado hac\u00eda pr\u00e1cticamente 2 a\u00f1os, pero con una proyecci\u00f3n imparable. Aunque hay que tener cuidado.
