Gotoclient® is a company duly incorporated and existing under the Laws of Spain with office at Avinguda Diagonal, 640, 6 a planta, 08017 Barcelona, registered on the 18th August 2009, volume 41389 folio 49 sheet B392571, Register 1 in the Commercial Registry of Barcelona. VAT Number: ESB65149825, at sole proprietorship. 


2. Purpose
2.1. Our Company recognizes the importance of privacy and data protection laws and regulations. Thus, protecting the confidentiality and security of client information is a significant part of how we conduct our business and we want to do it in the most responsibly way. Therefore, the policy herein (the «Privacy Policy») describes what personal information we collect about Users, how we collect it, when we may share it with others, and how certain others may use it. 
2.2. Additionally, this Privacy Policy provides Users information about Gotoclient® privacy practices and principles to provide greater transparency regarding processing of User’s data by the Company and its collaborators. In connection with this, we have implemented the Policy herein to be applied to the information and data provided by the Users when accessing the Website and use Gotoclient® software application’s features. 


3. Privacy Policy Acceptance
3.1. The User acknowledges having read and understood the Privacy Policy herein which governs the use to the Website and constitutes the entirety agreement between the User and the Company in respect to the use and processing of personal information within the Website. 
3.2. In addition to the Privacy Policy herein and any other policies and requirements of Gotoclient®, User must abide by all the rules, general terms and conditions of use, regulations and other policies of Gotoclient®. 
3.3. By using the Website, User expressly agrees to be bound by this Privacy Policy in their entirety and without exception. 
3.4. The Company may revise and update Gotoclient® Privacy Policy at any time without giving Users any prior notice. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modification on the Website. The actual Privacy Policy always is published in the Gotoclient® Website. 
3.5. It is important that User regularly read Gotoclient® Privacy Policy to ensure the awareness of any modifications that might have been made to the Website data processing conditions. 


4. Privacy Statements
4.1. Users acknowledge and agree their personal data will be managed and controlled under responsibility of Gotoclient® who will use and process any personal information according to current legislation on data protection for the purpose of providing the services offered through our Website. 
4.2. In case the consent has been given, users acknowledge and agree Gotoclient® will be entitled to process any data that User makes available and/or provides when contracting our Website services. In connection with this and only in case the consent has been given by the user, Gotoclient® will be entitled to host and process information held under responsibility of the User, such as: personal data of individuals, customers, clients who download valuable material from our website. 
4.3. By accepting both the Website’s Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy herein, the User agrees that the information uploaded within the Website may be used by Gotoclient® for any purpose directly associated to the Website management and for compliance with any procedures, laws and regulations to which Gotoclient® is subject. 
4.4. Gotoclient® maintain physical, electronic and procedural security measures that comply with applicable laws and regulations to help safeguard the personal information the Company collect about Users, specifically Gotoclient® is bound by the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Regulation (EU) 2016/679, which provides the regulatory standards and security measures applicable to the processing of personal information. Additionally, the Company have internal policies governing the proper handling of client information, which is carried out only by Gotoclient® authorized personnel. Furthermore, third parties that might provide support, management, maintenance and/or marketing services on behalf of Gotoclient® may also receive personal information about Users, and we require them to adhere to appropriate security standards with respect to such information as well as to comply, if that is the case, with the applicable local data protection laws and regulations to which such third parties are subject. Gotoclient® commits to:

1. Process personal data according to the instructions given by the User and not to use or apply the personal data for a different purpose than management of Gotoclient® tools, features and Website.
2. Avoid disclosure of personal data to third parties, not even for its preservation, except when it is necessary for the provision of the services or if Gotoclient® is required to communicate information regarding User or individuals to whom the User directs and/or addresses promotional campaigns, for the purpose of complying with the requirements of any law or regulation or at the request of Courts or administrative authorities. 3. Ensure confidentiality of personal data by implementing the appropriate technical and organizational measures needed to maintain the integrity of the personal information and to protect such data against any alteration, loss, unauthorised process or access.
4. Communicate to and to ensure the compliance of their employees with regard to the duty of confidentiality and the application of effective security measures. The duty of secrecy shall continue even after the end of the services.
5. Return User or eliminate, as instructed by User, all personal data to which the access was allowed for the purpose of providing the services.


4.6. If and only if they have given their consent, user explicitly authorizes Gotoclient® to send promotional and marketing communications in relation to Gotoclient® products, services and/or events that could be of particular interest to the User. User authorizes receiving such promotional and marketing communications by any means including via User’s email address and any other electronic means provided by the User.
4.7. All Users may exercise, with respect to the processing of their personal data by Gotoclient®, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition as well as to unsubscribe from receiving promotional communications, by written request to the following email address: info@gotoclient.com. 


5. Cookie Policy
5.1. Please note that Gotoclient® may change or update the content of the Cookie Policy in order to reflect changes in our practices or to include mandatory modifications provided by applicable Laws and Regulations on this matter. 
5.2. Gotoclient® use cookies and similar technology on this Website in order to collect information from Users. Cookies are small, usually randomly encoded, text files that help User’s browser navigate through our Website. Cookie File is generated when User access our Website and is processed by User computer’s browser software. Cookies enable Gotoclient® to obtain statistical information about the use of our Website, including information regarding frequency of visits, authentication information, acceptance of Website terms of use, time zones, among others. In general terms, Gotoclient® use cookie information to improve our Website content and performance; to enable log in authentication when User log onto our Website, to recognize User when returns to our Website, to deliver a better and more personalized service by allowing Gotoclient® to customize our Website according to User’s individual interests.

This cookie is used on the visitor UI side so HubSpot can determine/save whether the chat widget is open for future visits. It resets after 30 minutes to re-close the widget after 30 minutes of inactivity
