Epson Iberia Loyalty Program: INpulse

Challenges
While the number of B2B oriented resellers is decreasing in Europe, particularly in Spain and Portugal, Epson needs to have a higher penetration amongst those small resellers bringing significant capillarity.
Specific goal
Increase Epson’s penetration in B2B resellers in Spain and Portugal
Strategy
Create an omnichannel platform to engage and acquire as many resellers as possible.
Solution
The INpulse program offers Epson resellers in Spain rewards for their efforts, engaging them with Epson through a unique web platform.
The whole program is run through an online platform to find extensive sales history (the program is integrated with Epson’s ERP sales data), incentive progress, promoted products and incentive levels.
Epson has their own access to program performance, sales by reseller and many other business KPIs.
Inpulse is also omnichannel: reseller program acquisition is made in coordination with their contact centre sales reps. We also run an extensive and dedicated communication program integrating web presence and email automation.
Results
Channel penetration increase by +20%, program serving more than 1.000 resellers. Sales increase by 200%
